Terms of Sale

1. Who we are

  1. These terms apply to the website aptitudetests.ca (the "Site") and to every purchase made on it.
  2. The Site is run by [SELLER / COMPANY NAME], [POSTAL ADDRESS], New Zealand, [COMPANY NUMBER] ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
  3. The Site is an independent practice platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any government department, police service, border agency or test provider. Our questions are original and are not questions from any official test.
  4. You need an internet connection and an up-to-date web browser. No account is needed.

2. What you buy and the price

  1. Each test has a free sample of 10 questions. You can buy full access to one test (a "Pack").
  2. A Pack gives you online access to the questions, timed simulations and explanations for that test for 28 days (4 weeks) from the moment of purchase. It is a one-time payment. Nothing renews and you will not be charged again.
  3. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). The full price, including any sales tax that applies to you, is shown on the Stripe checkout page before you confirm payment.
  4. A Pack is for your personal use. Do not share your access link.

3. Making a purchase

  1. Before payment you can review the test, the price and these terms, and you choose whether to continue. You can correct any mistake on the checkout page before you pay.
  2. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see your full card details.
  3. The agreement is made when your payment is confirmed. Your access link then appears on screen and is emailed to the address you gave at checkout. That email is your receipt and your copy of this agreement.

4. Refunds

  1. Because access starts straight away, there is no general "change of mind" refund once you have used the Pack.
  2. We will refund you in full if, within 14 days of purchase, you tell us that: the Pack does not work and we cannot fix it, you bought the wrong test by mistake, or you were charged twice.
  3. To ask for a refund, email [email protected] from the address used at checkout (or include it). We reply within 2 business days and refund to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
  4. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the consumer protection law of your province or territory.

5. Using the Site

  1. The Site's content is protected by copyright. You may not copy, publish or resell it.
  2. The Site is a study aid. A score on the Site does not guarantee any result in a real test, licence application or hiring process. Always check the official requirements with the organization that runs your test.
  3. We check our questions carefully, but if you find a mistake, please tell us and we will fix it.

6. General

  1. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
  2. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you are a consumer living in another province or territory, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your province or territory.
  3. These terms take effect on [DATE].
